Marinas
There are 4 Marinas located in the Village of Hatters. They are Odens Dock, The Hatteras Harbor Marina, Treachs Lair and The Hatteras Landing Marina in order of if you was driving south on Highway 12.
The oldest is Oden's Dock. This is the only one that was there when I was growing up in the early 1970's. It is also the dock my father caught his Blue Marlin off the Sea Lady. It is The home of the Abertross Fleet. It is a family owned fleet of 5 boats.
The Hatteras Harbor Marina was built right beside Odens dock in the late 1970's. It has a much large secection of boats that are ran by indivial captains. I would say that there are at least 15 charter boats to chose from at this Marina. This is were I caught my Blue Marlin off of the Hatteras Blue
The Treachs Lair
Marina has been there for a long time also. They have about 10 charter boats that are ownd by individual Captains. We took 2 boats out of this marina when I was a teenager in the 1980's. The one boat was called the Goodtimes and the other I can not remember its name , but we went wrech fishing that time.
